End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Terracode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Terracode.

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software to third parties.

Use the Software for competitive analysis or to build a similar product.

Remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, or legal disclaimers.

The Software is licensed, not sold.

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including source code, databases, designs, and documentation, remain the sole property of Terracode.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws.

Terracode may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software.

Such updates are covered under this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

Terracode reserves the right to discontinue features or versions at its discretion.

Terracode may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

Terracode expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Terracode does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.

Terracode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Terracode’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the past 12 months.
